throughput and reduce cost of analyzing multiple samples.

ASSEMBLE “SANDWICH“

Assemble the source plate with your labeled samples
and the Blue®Pool consumable into a “sandwich”.

LOAD THE “SANDWICH“

Place the „sandwich“ into the
Blue®CombiX‘s top position.

CENTRIFUGAL TRANSFER

Operating in evacuation mode, the Blue®CombiX
centrifugally transfers all liquid from the source
plate into Blue®Pool within 5 seconds

UNLOAD THE “SANDWICH“

After centrifugation, unload the “sandwich” from
the Blue®CombiX’s bottom position.
The Blue®Pool opening is now facing up, safely
containing the pooled sample.

SEQUENCE THE SAMPLE

Pooled sample is now ready for
sequencing.
